David (he/him) has a passion for data driven progress and community improvement. He brings more than a decade of experience data and reporting in the Federal Government. David holds a BA in Psychology and a Certificate in Personnel and Industrial Relations from University of Maryland, Baltimore County (2009). 

In his free time, he enjoys learning new features of Microsoft Excel, gardening, and playing guitar.
